- Countryside Properties was secured as the development partner in 2021, who later became part of the Vistry Group.
- Planning permission was granted in 2023 for 126 affordable homes to be delivered by Vistry Group on behalf of Karbon Homes (42 Shared Ownership units, and 84 Affordable Rent units).
- The scheme is now complete and occupied.
