- Iain Simpson & Company sold the site to Gladman in 2007.
- Planning permission was granted for circa 60,000 sq ft of office accommodation which Gladman built out speculatively.
- This delivered 19 purpose-built office units which were the first modern out of town offices in Scarborough.
- Gladman then appointed Iain Simpson & Company as joint agent to market the units. The development is currently fully occupied, housing tenants including NFU Mutual, Handelsbanken, Smailes Goldie and Fortus.
